Voice Agents and Calls

Dialgood voice agents may answer, place, route, summarize, and process calls according to your configuration. You are responsible for ensuring that callers receive any required notices and that your use complies with consent, recording, telecommunications, privacy, and industry-specific laws.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Dialgood for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activity. You must not attempt to bypass security controls, overload the service, scrape private data, or use the platform to mislead callers about the nature of an AI interaction where disclosure is required.

Integrations

When you connect third-party tools such as CRMs, calendars, automation platforms, or communication services, you authorize Dialgood to exchange data with those services according to your configuration. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms.

Fees

Pricing may depend on usage, call volume, selected features, support requirements, and implementation scope. Current commercial arrangements are confirmed through an order form or written agreement.

Intellectual Property

Dialgood and its underlying software, designs, systems, and documentation remain our property or the property of our licensors. You retain ownership of your business data and content, subject to the rights required for us to provide the services.

Disclaimers and Liability

Dialgood is provided with reasonable care, but AI systems can make mistakes. You are responsible for testing agents, monitoring outputs, and maintaining appropriate human review for sensitive, regulated, or high-impact decisions.
